Sports Physicals

  • Valid for one year, meeting the requirements for school and organized sports.

  • Includes assessments of physical health, medical history, and fitness levels.

  • Ensures athletes are cleared to safely participate in sports activities.

DOT Physicals

The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires specific physical exams for employees who operate commercial vehicles. Our providers are certified to conduct DOT physicals, ensuring that drivers meet the health standards set by the DOT.

  • Required for drivers operating vehicles with 15+ passengers, 18-wheelers, or CDL holders

  • DOT-certified providers conduct exams to assess vision, hearing, blood pressure, and overall health.

  • Required annually or biennially, depending on DOT regulations for your role.
